The sizing is inaccurate and the material feels cheap

The description says that the belt sizing is based on pants size, so that a 32" belt is supposed to work if you wear size 32 pants. This is not true. I'm a size 30 in everything, and ordered the 30" belt. I can barely even buckle in the first hole, it it's way too small. Aren't belts supposed to give you a little wiggle room with sizing? Why are the only options 30" and 32"? Those are both sizes that should be covered by one belt. I'm a relatively skinny guy and I can't even wear the belt that's supposed to be exactly my size. Who is this belt for? Children? It's disappointing because I really need a new black belt with a silver buckle that's vegan and the La Enviro one is also pretty bad (that's the one I'm trying to replace). The material feels cheap and plasticky, but perhaps it could be durable and be suitable for regular wear?...Though I wouldn't know, since I can't even wear it put it on...
