Gorgeous shoes and outstanding customer service

My husband ordered the 38 for me for Christmas but I found them a little snug, so I contacted customer service, who made it very easy to exchange them for a 39 via post, and they are now perfect. I was amazed by how quickly they turned around the exchange at such a busy time of year. They were even able to find a replacement lid for the box (after my husband wrote my name on it) so that I would be able to return them. Thanks so much! Oh and by the way the shoes are beautiful.
